Ingredients

  • Coffee decoction
  • Milk
  • Sugar to taste

How to make?

  1. First things first, you will need to make the coffee decoction.
  2. For this, add a few spoons of coffee powder to the perorated container of a coffee filter. Gently press down the powder and add hot water to it. Wait for the water to drip through the coffee powder into the container below.
  3. Once done, add about about 15-20 ml of this concentrate to a tumbler. To this concentrated decoction, add hot milk and sugar.
  4. Mix the coffee well, try pouring it back and forth a few times, to create that familiar froth of the South Indian Filter Coffee.
