Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations of orders can be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

Returns and Refund Policy:

First things first, we don’t think you should ever have a problem with our coffee. But then we know, Karma loves to have fun. So, for whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase talktous@beanthere.in within 7 days of your shipment for a replacement or a refund on the purchase. But make sure to include the below mentioned details, so that we can easily find your order. (Remember, we are a very small team who are more interested in making sure you drink only the best coffees!)

Please include: Your name, date of purchase, the items you would like refunded and don’t forget the reason for the return (We shall take this as feedback but give you minus 10 for it! :) Jokes apart, please do tell us why you are returning the coffee.

It would be great if you could use the original packs to return the coffee in case of a refund.

  • Remember, all brewing equipment can only be refunded only if it is returned to our facility in a ‘relatively working’ condition. “Working condition” is defined and decided by BeanThere Beverages Pvt Ltd.
  • For brewing equipment warranty repair claims, you will be responsible for delivering the machine to our office in Bangalore. We will cover the delivery back to you.
  • Refunds for coffee subscription purchases will be on prorated based on the number of shipments remaining
  • Refunds are initiated within 3 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credited back to your account depends on the clearing cycle of your bank
